Our Employee Engagement Strategy explains how we work with our staff to create a positive work culture and improve clinician engagement. It explains how we make sure staff feel respected and valued so we can provide safe, effective and patient centred care to our community.

Strategic Workforce Plan 2019-2027

Our Strategic Workforce Plan sets out our future workforce needs. It has information and data about:

  • our staff and their position, age and gender
  • our future staffing needs
  • how we’ll hire and train staff to meet the changing health care needs of our community.

We aim to meet our future staffing needs by:

  • planning our staffing and business needs together
  • hiring the right people and providing training and personal development
  • improving staff wellbeing and work-life balance
  • investing in our staff and growing their skills
  • building a positive workplace culture.
