Overview
Our local area needs assessment report (LANA) gives an overview of our main community health needs. We publish it every 3 years. It helps us decide what health care services our community needs the most based on:
- what our staff and our community have told us
- information and data we have about our patients.
Health care priorities
Our top 5 health care needs are:
- complex care for older people
- better mental health care
- ways to prevent chronic diseases
- ways to prevent common cancers
- ways to prevent unhealthy weight and obesity in our community.
