Our strategic workforce plan sets out our future workforce needs. It has information and data about:
- our staff and their position, age and gender
- our future staffing needs
- how we’ll hire and train staff to meet the changing health care needs of our community.
We aim to meet our future staffing needs by:
- planning our staffing and business needs together
- hiring the right people and providing training and personal development
- improving staff wellbeing and work-life balance
- investing in our staff and growing their skills
- building a positive workplace culture.
