Our workforce plan

Our strategic workforce plan sets out our future workforce needs. It has information and data about:

  • our staff and their position, age and gender
  • our future staffing needs
  • how we’ll hire and train staff to meet the changing health care needs of our community.

We aim to meet our future staffing needs by:

  • planning our staffing and business needs together
  • hiring the right people and providing training and personal development
  • improving staff wellbeing and work-life balance
  • investing in our staff and growing their skills
  • building a positive workplace culture.
