Remuneration

We offer attractive salary packages and incentives including:

  • 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 27.5% for shift workers

Superannuation

We contribute up to 12.75% of your salary into superannuation.

Salary packaging

Salary packaging or salary sacrificing is when you package part of your pre-tax salary into income and benefits. You then pay for the benefits such as your mortgage, rent or car payments out of your pre-tax income. This reduces how much income tax you pay.

Wellbeing
